Stephen H. Wagner, CFP®, CEPA®, is the Founder and CEO of Integrity Wealth Advisors. Steve lives with his wife and dog in Somis, California, and has resided in Ventura County for most of his life. With a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals and businesses grow, preserve, and distribute wealth, Steve has built a firm that reflects his unwavering dedication.

Under Steve’s leadership, Integrity Wealth Advisors has grown to include offices in downtown Ventura and Ojai, California. The firm is supported by a team of three financial advisors and eight dedicated staff members, all united by a shared mission to deliver thoughtful, personalized financial guidance.

Recognized for his expertise in the field, Stephen has established himself as a trusted fiduciary, consistently acting in the best interests of his clients. He believes in maintaining the highest standards of integrity and takes great pride in working towards meeting every client’s unique financial needs with personalized solutions.A Ventura County native, Steve lives in Somis, California with his wife and dog.

In the past, Stephen served as a respected business instructor at Ventura Community College, where he nurtured the minds of aspiring entrepreneurs and finance enthusiasts. Drawing from his extensive experience and industry insights, he imparted valuable knowledge to his students, helping to equip them with the necessary tools to succeed in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

Beyond his dedication to financial planning, Stephen enjoys pursuing his passions outside of work. He is an avid golfer, relishing the opportunity to hit the links and challenge himself on the course. Additionally, Stephen finds fulfillment in exploring new destinations through his love for travel, seeking out enriching experiences and broadening his horizons.

What does wealth mean to you?

Being able to do what you want to do, when you want to, and with the person/people you want to do it with. More than monetary wealth – it is waking up every day with relative good health, happiness, and purpose.

What inspires you about your work?

The challenge of each client situation and seeing the human reaction when they see their goals can be achieved with our help. Helping clients overcome market fear is my personal favorite.

What’s a fun fact about you?

Was a competitive chess player in my high school years and early 20’s.
